Founding Member terms

1. About these terms

These terms explain the Krono Founding Member Program offered by Krono (legal name to be confirmed) (“Krono”). They apply together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

• “Launch Day” means 15 Jan 2027.
• “Listing” means one profession you offer on Krono.
• “Plus plan” means the plan described on our Pricing page.
• “Coins” means the promotional credits described in clause 11.
• “Qualified Referral” has the meaning in clause 10.

3. Who can join

You must:

• be 18 or older;
• offer an allowed service in India;
• reserve before 23:59 IST on Launch Day;
• be approved by Krono.

One Founding account is allowed per person.

4. Review

We review every reservation and may approve it, waitlist it with a reason, or decline it. If you are waitlisted, you may update your details and ask for a re-review.

5. Free year

• Approved Founding Members get the Plus plan free for 12 months for one Listing.
• The free year starts on Launch Day. If you only offer in-person services in a city that is not yet live, it starts on the day your city goes live.
• To keep the free year, complete your profile within 30 days after it starts. If you don't, the free year lapses, and you may still join on standard pricing.

6. Extra listings

During your free year, additional Listings cost 50% of the standard price of the plan you choose.

7. Founding renewal discount

• After your free year, you get 25% off the standard price of any plan for as long as your subscription stays active.
• The discount ends if you cancel.
• It applies to plan prices, not to boosts or other add-ons.

8. No automatic charges

• We do not collect payment details during the pre-launch period.
• Before your free year ends, we will remind you at least 30, 7, 1 day(s) in advance.
• You continue only if you choose a plan and authorise payment.
• If you don't, your listing is hidden, not deleted, and nothing is charged.

9. Welcome coins

You receive 500 Coins once you are approved and your profile is complete. They are usable from Launch Day.

10. Referral program

A referral is a “Qualified Referral” when the person you invite meets all of these conditions: (a) they are new to Krono; (b) they confirm their WhatsApp number; (c) they are approved; and (d) they complete their profile. All of this must happen within 30 days after Launch Day.

For each Qualified Referral, you and the person you invited each receive 500 Coins, for up to 10 Qualified Referrals per person.

• 3 Qualified Referrals: founding ambassador badge.
• 5 Qualified Referrals: featured in krono's launch campaign (with your permission).
• 10 Qualified Referrals: 3 extra free months.

You must be approved yourself to receive referral rewards.

11. Coins

• Coins are promotional credits. 1 Coin gives ₹1 off eligible Krono purchases: boosts, extra Listings, and up to 50% of a plan renewal.
• Coins have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn.
• Coins become usable on Launch Day and expire 12 months after they become usable.
• Coins obtained in breach of these terms may be cancelled.

12. Badges and spotlight

• The Founding Member badge stays on your profile while your account is in good standing.
• Launch-week spotlight places are rotated fairly among complete profiles in each category and city.

13. Fair use and fraud

Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, and misleading information are not allowed. We may hold rewards for review, cancel rewards or disqualify accounts involved in fraud.

14. Changes

We may change this Program for future reservations, with notice on this page. We will not reduce benefits you have already earned without your consent, except where required by law or in cases of fraud.

15. Withdrawing

You can withdraw your reservation or ask us to delete your data at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

16. No guarantee

Krono connects customers and providers. We do not guarantee any number of enquiries or bookings, and we are not a party to agreements between you and customers.

17. Law and grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the founder's registered city have jurisdiction. For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer at /grievance.
