Who we are

This policy explains how Krono (legal name to be confirmed) (“Krono”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data on the Krono website.

What we collect

• Provider reservations: name, WhatsApp number, email, category and services, city, portfolio links, and proof details (e.g. RERA number for agents).
• Profiles: everything you add in Step 2 — about you, packages, photos, videos and availability.
• Customer waitlist: name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), city, what you're planning, timeframe and budget (optional).
• Technical data: hashed IP address, device and browser information, and referral or attribution cookies.

Why we use it

• To review your application and reply on WhatsApp.
• To contact you about your reservation, launch and free-year reminders.
• To run the referral program.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To improve the Site.
• To meet legal duties.

Who we share with

We share data only with service providers we need to run the Site — hosting (Vercel), database (MongoDB Atlas, Mumbai region), image hosting (Cloudinary), analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), email (Resend) and WhatsApp (Meta). We never sell your data.

What is shown publicly

Your profile becomes visible to customers only after you are approved and Krono launches. Your contact details are shared only as you choose — by default, customers contact you through Krono and you accept each enquiry.

Where data is stored and how it's secured

Data is stored on servers in India (MongoDB Atlas, Mumbai region) and processed by the providers above. Access is limited to the Krono team, and admin actions are logged.

How long we keep it

• Inactive pre-launch records: up to 12 months after launch, then deleted or anonymised.
• Deletion requests: completed within 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act for you. Write to our Grievance Officer at /grievance or delete your data at /delete-my-data.

Children

The Site is for people aged 18 and over.

Cookies

Necessary cookies remember your referral, status link and marketing source. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie notice; you can decline, and the Site works the same.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will note the new version and date on this page. Material changes are announced on the Site before they take effect.
