Terms of Use
Version 2026-10-draft · Draft for lawyer review
DraftA lawyer will review this page before the site goes live. If something here surprises you, message us on WhatsApp.
These Terms of Use apply to the Krono website (the “Site”) operated by Krono (legal name to be confirmed) (“Krono”, “we”, “us”).
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to reserve a spot, create a profile or join the customer waitlist.
2. Reservations and accounts
- A reservation is free and holds your place as a Founding Member. It does not guarantee approval.
- One Founding account is allowed per person.
- You are responsible for keeping your status link private and for the accuracy of the information you give us.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit false or misleading information, create duplicate or fake accounts, misuse referral links, upload content you don't have the right to use, or interfere with the Site's operation.
4. Your content
You own the photos, videos and text you upload. By uploading them, you give Krono a licence to display them — with credit — on your listing and in materials that promote Krono, until you remove them or your account ends.
5. Services that aren't allowed
We don't list lawyers or advocates, and medical and therapy services come later. Krono may decline or remove any service at its discretion.
6. Krono's role
Krono is an intermediary that connects customers and service providers. Krono is not a party to any agreement between you and a customer, and we do not guarantee enquiries, bookings or earnings.
7. Fees
Before launch, everything is free. From launch day, listings are priced per plan as shown on the Pricing page. Nothing is ever charged automatically — you continue only if you choose a plan and authorise payment.
8. Termination
You may withdraw your reservation or ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
9. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krono is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between customers and providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the founder's registered city have jurisdiction.
11. Complaints
